- Server logs: Our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) automatically logs IP addresses for security and abuse prevention purposes. These logs are not accessible to us in individually identifiable form.

- Local storage: We may store preferences (such as your filter selections) locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

- We do not require account registration to use Varsity Bowl.
- We do not collect names, passwords, or payment information.
- We do not use tracking pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Third-Party Services
Varsity Bowl uses the following third-party services:

- Tailwind CDN / jsDelivr / unpkg: Content delivery networks for styling and JavaScript libraries. These may log requests per their standard CDN practices.
4. Data Sources
Game schedules displayed on Varsity Bowl are aggregated from publicly available high school athletics sources. We display factual information (team names, dates, times, locations) that is publicly available and not personally identifiable to any individual.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Varsity Bowl is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at adminmodis@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Schedule data is retained only as long as necessary. Game data is automatically purged from our database approximately 3 days after the game takes place. Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years unless you request earlier deletion.

We use browser local storage (not cookies) for storing user preferences such as filter selections. We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or tracking.
